Albanian looking for visa for Greece

I am engaged to an Albanian and we both live in Greece. We would like his mother to come from Albania to Greece for a visit, maybe for a month at the most. What paperwork is needed and how long it takes to get a visa?

I have tried to get in touch with the embassy in Tirana but haven't yet been able to get through. if any one has any adivse i'd be very grateful as we would like to get her out here as soon as possible.
