I live in St.Pete Florida and I would like for my fiance to come visit me. He lives in Accra, Ghana. How can he apply for a visitors visa? What papers does he need? Does the process cost a lot of money? How long does it take?

I would like him to come for a few weeks, we love each other very much and want to get married. Can anyone help me with these questions?
