Hi, I have a question. My boyfriend has been in jail for over two years November of this year 2009 he he was supposed to be getting out and we were planning on getting married. He had a review in August but was denied about two weeks later I get phone call he's telling me that he was being transferred or being released.

His mom called me and said that he is being deported to Nigeria where he was born but not raised. He's been in the United States twenty three and half years. I want to know what can I do to get him back in the US? Where do I start? Or if there is even a chance for him to come back?! Thamk you!!
