Retreat to your own personal paradise at the My Downstairs Salon & Spa, your essential escape for relaxing, pampering, and therapeutic experiences that you will savor by enjoying healing and sensory delights from around the globe. Massage is necessary for the body, and is also good for the mind and spirit. Decreasing stress and improving well being are benefits that occur with massage when received on a regular basis.
