Offers top quality Middle Eastern recipes, as well as useful tips for successful Middle Eastern cooking.

What inspired you to launch your own website?

I love to cook Middle Eastern food, and wanted to easily share my knowledge with other people around the world.

When did you launch your first website, and what was it?

I launched the Middle Eastern Recipes website 9 month ago.

How did you decide on a name for your website?

I thought about a name that is easy to remember, and which describes exactly what is the website about.

What makes your website different from other, similar offerings?

My website offers some unique recipes and original images of the recipes. I also offer quick support for people who are preparing my recipes.

What is your eventual goal? (To sell it, keep it for income, secure a book or other mainstream media deal?)

My goal is to always offer free access to recipes, but also to offer Middle eastern food servives through the weebsite.

How does your investment of time and money balance against your success?

I very happy with the fact that many people visit the website and prepare recipes. these are the fruits of my work.

If you had an unlimited development budget for development, how would you change your site?

Since this website is not based on large sums of money, its development is connected to peoples feedback, and investment of time.

If your site got really big, really quickly, would you be able to keep up with the demand?

Yes

What unexpected costs and headaches have you had to deal with?

The biggest work in dealing with web development issues.

What has been your biggest challenge?

My biggest challenge was uploading all the information to the website.

What method has been most successful for promoting your website?

Writing articles.

How has running your website differed from your expectations?

Running this website was more complicated than I have expected. I had to adjust it to what people are looking for when they want to prepare Middle Eastern recipes.

How long have you run the site already, and how long will you continue to keep it up if you don't enjoy big gains in traffic, income or popularity?

I ran this website for 9 months, and will continue to keep it as long as possible.

Were do your visitors come from?

Most visitors come from USA but some come from Canada, UK, Australia and actually from all over the world
