Cynaptix technologies focusses on developing software analysing tools for digital images, especially for the opthalmology using images generated from the FUNDUS camera. Currently being developed is on Opthalmic Image decision support tool software for Glaucoma measurement and Diabetic Retinopathy. We have been closely associated with a leading eye hospital in Chennai, India since November 2003 to provide niche decision support software tools from digital images generated from opthalmic equipments.

We are also in the process of developing an application for Picture archival and retrieval system with specific focus on opthalmalogy.

Our domain skills covers healthcare, manufacturing, logistics and other custom requirements.

What has been the most difficult part of creating and running your website?

Lack of creative designers.

Identifying good hosting providers

May 2007. Friends and family always ask me about software, so I figured this was a good way to let others know too.

Please give us a short summary of your website, business model, etc

I'm creating articles about whatever software I run into. I'm using Google Adsense and Affiliate Links to generate income.

What has been the most difficult part of creating and running your website?

Coding it. Finding the right tools: blogs, newsletters, forums software... ASP.NET is great, but Windows hosting can be a real pain... lots of security headaches.

What has been the easist part of operating your website?

Generating traffic.

What was your biggest mistake?

Using Google Adwords with a low budget (<$1000)

Who maintains your website and why?

I do. My profession is software development (ASP.NET/C#/SQL Server), so this stuff is second nature to me. :)
