When did you start your website and why?
After purchasing many resale rights products i found me hard drive to be overun by ebooks, software, scripts, templates and articles. I started my site last year but at first used it to sell affiliate clickbank products.
Please give us a short summary of your website, business model, etc
We sell private label rights, master resale rights and resale rights items with many different topics including webmaster, health, gardening and recipes.
What has been the most difficult part of creating and running your website?
Content. Content is the hardest part. You receive the standard sales letter with your product and have to rewrite and integrate into your site.
What has been the easist part of operating your website?
The payment structure. Its all digital downloads. All is maintained in the website script. Payments are taken and download access is available immediately.
What was your biggest mistake?
Not rewriting some pages. They then become duplicate content to the search engines which then never get indexed. I'll remember next time.
Who maintains your website and why?
I do. Basically because i'm working on my other projects and it doesn't take much effort.
Tell us how your business has benefitted from your website?
60% of my sales are now through my website. I have an ebay store and am currently only receiving 40% from that.
What are your views on ecommerce and the future of the internet?
It can only get better. I see the amount of daily traffic increase. With more people online it can only be good for online stores.
What are your views on Search Engine Optimization (SEO)?
Too much to write here so i wont. All i can say is if you don't do it you wont make money.
What are your views on Search Engines? Have they helped or hindered your website?
Although sometimes they do things you dont like they do it for a reason. They cretainly help my website. 75% of all my traffics from the 3 main search engines (google, msn, yahoo)

Less spam. Plain and simple. It serves no purpose.
