Moving to Nicaragua?

I'm renting a beautiful two story home in Managua. Nice, quiet, fenced community of 12 homes located in La Estancia de Santo Domingo, the best place to be in Managua. It has 3 bedrooms (could be converted to 4), 3 baths, foyer, living, dining, eat-in kitchen, covered patio, and maid's quarters.

The master bedroom is really a master suite, the size of two full bedrooms put together. There is ample room for bedroom on one side and office/family room on the other. It has great cross ventilation with a balcony on one side and a terrace on the other. The house is impecable.

It's only 3 years old. I lived in it for 1-1/2 years, and rented to an American couple for 8 months. Fully equipped with wooden venetian blinds throughout, 4 split AC's, ceiling fans, water cistern/pump and battery inversors. Refrigerator, stove, washer/dryer is something we can talk about. $2,000 a month plus $50 for 24 hrs security service. $2,200 if you want refrigerator, stove and washer.
