The FIRM (Fitness Industry Repairs & Maintenance) is committed to growth through innovation, customer service and reliability. Our aim is to be the leader in the Fitness Equipment Repairs & Maintenance service industry.
What has been the most difficult part of creating and running your website?
Nothing really, hasnt been that difficult.
What has been the easist part of operating your website?
Working with the webdesigner to come up with a nice layout and design for the website.

Who maintains your website and why?
I do. Our site is CMS driven and enables us to update content whenever we like.
Tell us how your business has benefitted from your website?
We are starting to get enquiries through our website which sometimes lead on to sales.
What are your views on ecommerce and the future of the internet?
We are all for ecommerce, we are currently working on our online shop where we will offer excersise equipment for online purchasing.
What are your views on Search Engine Optimization (SEO)?
Very important, if our customers can't find us online then theres no point to having the website.

Search engines will be a great help to driving traffic to our site.
What method has been most successful for promoting your website?
Currently word of mouth and mailing lists to current customers, but we hope to drive more traffic to the site from search engine results.
What method has been least successful for promoting your website?
Online advertising such as adwords etc.
What would you like to see change with respect to the internet?
Would like to see less scammers and fraudsters on the internet!
