What inspired you to launch your own website?
to provide an online Lebanese community contains all what the lebanese visitor need, chat, forums, politics, dating, business and lebanese websites index

since 13 months, www.hileb.com

hileb means Hi Lebanon
What makes it different from other, similar offerings?
Independence and non-affiliation to any lebanese political side, respect all openions and discuss it
What is your eventual goal? (To sell it, keep it for income, secure a book or other mainstream media deal?)
my only gaol is toi build a free lebanese community
How does your investment of time and money balance against your success?
i spend a lot of time behind the screen and i hope i can get the deserve success
If you had an unlimited development budget for development, how would you change your site?
i buy ADwords in google and put the budget 5$ per click :D
If your site got really big, really quickly, would you be able to keep up with the demand?
sure i can and im ready and working on it
What unexpected costs and headaches have you had to deal with?
chaging between servers and hostings because of the crackers and ping attacks
What has been your biggest challenge?
The hackers and crackers and some hosting issues on the old server.
What method has been most successful for promoting your website?
google search engine and google ADwords
How has running your website differed from your expectations?
yes its running out my plan now becaues of the politics differences and troubles in my country, so all the lebanese internet users went to their politics forums
How long have you run the site already, and how long will you continue to keep it up if you don't enjoy big gains in traffic, income or popularity?
i start it since 13 months and it will be up 4 ever
