When it comes to anti-aging, the general approach seems to be this, "I'll wait until I'm 45 years old and then when I begin to show my age, I'll spend money on the endless array of anti-aging lotions, potions and creams out there to try and make the wrinkles go away .... and if that doesn't work, I'll just have some cosmetic surgery and cut out the bits I don't like".

Now I have nothing against a surgical nip here, a tuck there or even an implant booster, if you get my drift. There are risks but the medical profession are pretty skilled at such procedures these days. Even if they make a mistake, they can often go back and rectifiy it (more or less.
