What inspired you to launch your own website?

Many people called me with repeat questions about Social Security and Workers Compensation so I decided to launch a website with this information

How did you decide on a name for your website?

I decided on a name to reflect the law practice I do.

What makes your website different from other, similar offerings?

I provide helpful guides to Workers Compensation and Social Security Disability that others do not provide.

What is your eventual goal? (To sell it, keep it for income, secure a book or other mainstream media deal?)

I do use it to help me obtain clients but I also hope to use it to educate the public.

How does your investment of time and money balance against your success?

It appears to be a reasonable investment.

If you had an unlimited development budget for development, how would you change your site?

I would probably rotate articles on the net even more than I do now with helpful graphics.

If your site got really big, really quickly, would you be able to keep up with the demand?

So far I have been able to do so.

What unexpected costs and headaches have you had to deal with?

Sorting through the telephone calls that do not concern my area of practice.

What has been your biggest challenge?

Keeping the site up to date with new material.

What method has been most successful for promoting your website?

Advertising in various places.

How has running your website differed from your expectations?

You just cannot set it up and then never review it again.

How long have you run the site already, and how long will you continue to keep it up if you don't enjoy big gains in traffic, income or popularity?

5 years, probably until I retire.
