Hawk & Trowel Plastering are Italian Plastering trainers, applicators and we also sell Italian plaster and tools which we import from Italy. We run our business from Brighton, but we travel all around the United Kingdom carrying out our Italian Plaster for our clients.
What inspired you to launch your own website?
Having a website gets your business out on the web and available for anyone to search.
When did you launch your first website, and what was it?
5 years ago, it was are plastering website.
How did you decide on a name for your website?
We went for the name Hawk & Trowel because they are the main tools used when plastering, simple but effective.
What makes your website different from other, similar offerings?
We feel are website is easy on the eye and easy to navigate around.
What is your eventual goal? (To sell it, keep it for income, secure a book or other mainstream media deal?)
We are keeping it going to advertise our business because for our key words we are top 10 on google search.
How does your investment of time and money balance against your success?
Very well
If you had an unlimited development budget for development, how would you change your site?
Possibly put more time into our plaster sales
If your site got really big, really quickly, would you be able to keep up with the demand?
I think so, we tend to run our business relatively well. We have expanded recently by importing Italian plaster and distributing in the U.K.
How long have you run the site already, and how long will you continue to keep it up if you don't enjoy big gains in traffic, income or popularity?
