Please give us a short summary of your website?

The Syndicate Store is the first facility of its kind which enables consumers looking for fractional ownership opportunities to 'store' themselves whilst waiting for individuals sharing a common interest to join them. The aim; to complete a group enabling the purchase of any number of items for shared use and for the group to self-coordinate post formation.

What inspired you to launch your own website?

Working as a yacht underwriter and seeing more and more people turning to sharing to afford to maintain their hign value assets.

When did you launch your first website, and what was it?

14th october 2007 and it was this one!

How did you decide on a name for your website?

After much deliberation.

What makes it different from other, similar offerings?

We have a custom facility which allows interested clients to reserve shares until all are reserved ready to then go and make that dream purchase.

What is your eventual goal? (To sell it, keep it for income, secure a book or other mainstream media deal?)

To really put fractional ownership on the map here in the UK. To have thousands of people starting syndicates all over the world.

How does your investment of time and money balance against your success?

Early days.

None at the moment - fingers crossed

Developing whilst looking after 3 young children

Have not got to grips yet.
