Our design company as they do all our design/print/advertising work and are on a retainer.

More traffic and more enquiries. Also a more professional online presence.

It will keep growing. A new advertising medium is needed now that Pay Per Click returns are starting to level off for many web-marketers.

Fairly easy to get high rankings but a lot of work is needed to keep you there.

No real feelings either way. They did have an influence on the design and code though.
