a community site that offers information about talent among young people. it has experts that can talk to youing people on any issues relating to their talents.

What inspired you to launch your own website?

I was amazed at how many people you can reach at any time all over the world to get your message across

When did you launch your first website, and what was it?

in 2008 around april

How did you decide on a name for your website?

somehow i was limited because i had to adopt the name of the organisation offering me the service of design and hosting. so i took up what they gave me plus the short name for Save Young Talent Initiative

What makes your website different from other, similar offerings?

we personalsie our services

What is your eventual goal? (To sell it, keep it for income, secure a book or other mainstream media deal?)

to reach oout to the world telling them what we do and where we work.

How does your investment of time and money balance against your success?

its matching

If you had an unlimited development budget for development, how would you change your site?

i would make sure i lok at sustainability as the first priority

If your site got really big, really quickly, would you be able to keep up with the demand?

absolutely yes.

What unexpected costs and headaches have you had to deal with?

surfing and browsing because inetrent is expensive in uganda

What has been your biggest challenge?

soliciting money for the organisation

What method has been most successful for promoting your website?

sharing it with other websites as a link

How has running your website differed from your expectations?

i did not expect such a quick respeonse as i have observed

How long have you run the site already, and how long will you continue to keep it up if you don't enjoy big gains in traffic, income or popularity?

the hope that things will be better even if they look dark all the way
