I started my website in 2003 to create a web of turkish translators worldwide (in 200 countries).

My web site is aimed to bring together Turkish translators / interpreters in 200 countries. You can find translators in all countries. There are about 1000 Turkish translators covering around 100 languages worldwide in my website.
What has been the most difficult part of creating and running your website?
Advertising and promoting. Publicity.
What has been the easist part of operating your website?
Nothing easy
What was your biggest mistake?
Starting late.
Who maintains your website and why?
There are 2 maintainers. 1 professional web designer and me, a Turkish translator.

Attracting new clients.
What are your views on ecommerce and the future of the internet?
Small businesses still find it hard to benefit from the internet. They need more internet funding (publicity).
What are your views on Search Engine Optimization (SEO)?
A guided missile is better than a non-guided missile!

Google has helped a lot. Others, unfortunately too hard to reach.
