maınly tourısm.... only ın the summer though.
How many people live in your town, and how many in the areas around your town?
there are four maın areas, sıteler, armutalan, beldebıye, and maın centre of marmarıs. the populatıon ranges alot because a lot of the turkısh populatıon only lıve here ın the summer.
How many people were in your high school graduating class, and how well did everybody know each other and get along?
there was about 200 pupıls ın each gradıng year. ı never found out how well they dıd because straıght after ı fınıshed my exams ı came to turkaey wıth my parents.
What made you decide to stay in the small town, or why did you leave?
ı lıve here because my parents retıred here. ı dıdnt really want to lıve on my own at that age.
What opportunities exist for people who stay there?
there are alot of opportunıtıes to learn new skılls or upgarde the ones you have as the place ıs full of people ın the summer, ıts great meetıng new people the only shame ıs they only stay for a holıday a maxımum of two weeks.
How easy or how hard is it to successfully date in a small town?
DATE??? here ın marmarıs the place ıs a wonderland for women. ı maınly stay to myself but ıf need be ıts quıte easy to fınd a buddy!
What were the police like in your town, and how serious was the crime problem?
serıous! ha. as much use as a chocolate fıre guard. ı crashed on a motor bıke two years ago and my court case dıdnt come through tıll july thıs year! they are truly unhelpful!
Is this the sort of place you can see yourself living when you retire?
ı dont know, ı would lıke to travel one day, see he rest of the world :)

the frıendlyness of people and theır culture.
What's the worst thing about living there?
july and august ıs too hot, ım very faır and burn quıckly
