A simple introduction to the Kidman Law Office, offering inexpensive means to file uncontested divorces, real estate document review, along with mediation and negotion services.
What inspired you to launch your own website?
Internet presence offering affordable legal services.
When did you launch your first website, and what was it?
This is our first website. It is a modest single page site providing basic information and links. We may expand our internet presence if it proves productive.
How did you decide on a name for your website?
The name mimics our office, Kidman Law Office.
What makes it different from other, similar offerings?
We offer rates and services less than other local law offices for similar services. Some offices use legal secretaries or paralegals to perform many of the services. We have Licensed Attorneys review every aspect of each case from beginning to end, while minimizing costs and expenses. Although not advertised, we make personal house calls, meet with clients at their home, place of employment, or over the intenet.
What is your eventual goal? (To sell it, keep it for income, secure a book or other mainstream media deal?)
Make the general public aware of our legal services.
How does your investment of time and money balance against your success?
We are throrough, effective, and maintain a high success rate with representing clients, yet maintain a low overhead, low profile, cost effective representation for our clients. In many cases, we no-charge for research and short phone-calls.
If you had an unlimited development budget for development, how would you change your site?
Multi-page website that would include: legal blog, up-to-date briefs about current laws in Real Estate and Family Law, full resumes introducing or staff, and online intake forms.
If your site got really big, really quickly, would you be able to keep up with the demand?
Yes
What unexpected costs and headaches have you had to deal with?
No unexpected costs, we maintain tight control over expenses. Headaches come with the legal profession.
What has been your biggest challenge?
Client education.
What method has been most successful for promoting your website?
We haven't had to promote our website very much. It appears that other blog sites, review sites, and profiles with related websites attracks sufficient attention.
How has running your website differed from your expectations?
We have not placed a high emphasis on our website. If a substantial increase in website hits is experienced, we will dedicate more resources to the site.
How long have you run the site already, and how long will you continue to keep it up if you don't enjoy big gains in traffic, income or popularity?
The site has been up for only a few months. We will maintian the site indefinitely.

Mediation and negotiation services are provided in both Real Estate and Divorce. Our services are aggressive, yet compasionate as our business is part of our Christian Ministry.
