When did you start your website and why?

We started our web site in 2003, when we openend our school.

Please give us a short summary of your website, business model, etc

We are currently updating our website, and our new site will adhere even more than our prsent site to our plan to have an attractive site, up to date with regards design, colours etc. and above all - easy to navigate.

What has been the most difficult part of creating and running your website?

Deciding what to write, and being consise.

What has been the easist part of operating your website?

An excellent company designs, maintains and updates our site, so in this sense for us it is just a question of passing over content.

What was your biggest mistake?

Not listing our site in various listenings form the start.

Who maintains your website and why?

A website design company called Lemon Think based in Spain. They are very professional and provide a quality service. They are also very on the beat with regards to design, creativity etc.

Tell us how your business has benefitted from your website?

We have attracted new students purely because they thought our web was good.

What are your views on ecommerce and the future of the internet?

Ecommerce is our next big plan to get into, it's going to become even more popular.

What are your views on Search Engine Optimization (SEO)?

I'm afraid I'm not quiet sure what this is.

What are your views on Search Engines? Have they helped or hindered your website?

We are recently listed in pay-per-ad in google, but with regards to google and search engines in general we are novices and are just starting to learn how to get to the top of the lists.

What method has been most successful for promoting your website?

I'm really not sure.

What would you like to see change with respect to the internet?

All ok to me. More policing for dodgy sites would be good. And more spam control.
