When did you start your website and why?

I started making Private Sale Spain early this year, because I was shocked to find out that estate agents charge up to 7.5% plus tax when they sell a property and round my area that would be an averge of around €15,000 per property sale, So I thought would'nt it be nice if I could save that money for the property owner, So they could by a new car or use it as negoceation buffer when selling

What has been the most difficult part of creating and running your website?

For me it wasn't difficult making the site, the hardest part is getting your site known so people will advertise

Any online business is not easy to run, you have to give 110%

I maintain all my web sites, cos Im mad

What are your views on ecommerce and the future of the internet?

I belive that agents are doomed in Spain if they think they can charge up to 7.5% commission

Iam a beliver, cos I have many sites on first page of google and yahoo.

spamm web sites, Google and Yahoo should employ people to chech the first top ten pages every week to kick out spam sites
