Providing local businesses on the Costa del Sol with opportunities to develop & grow through effective networking plenaries, seminars & lunches. It provides a cross-media information service to ex-pat businesses in Andalucia & other parts of southern Spain.
What inspired you to launch your own website?
There are many expat businesses in Spainīs Costa del Sol and we wanted to provide an opportunity to help these businesses grow.
When did you launch your first website, and what was it?
B2B Networking was launched autumn 2007.
How did you decide on a name for your website?
B2B Networking is exactly as the name says, we help businesses to network.
What makes it different from other, similar offerings?
There are very few companies here on the Costa del Sol which provide this service and so far it appears to be very popular with local businesses.
What is your eventual goal? (To sell it, keep it for income, secure a book or other mainstream media deal?)
To expand and network more businesses throughout Spain.
How does your investment of time and money balance against your success?
B2B Networking is currently exceeding expectations, so we are very happy with results so far.
If you had an unlimited development budget for development, how would you change your site?
We would not change a thing. B2B Networking is growing everyday.
If your site got really big, really quickly, would you be able to keep up with the demand?
Absolutely. We have a dedicated team who are there for all our networking members.
What method has been most successful for promoting your website?
We are in partnership with a major English News Group on the Costa del Sol, which we have many connections.
