When did you start your website and why?

I Started my website the beginning of 2007 because I wanted to help other people who are going through losing someone close to them. My Partner passed away while I was pregnant with his child and I found it hard to find to cope also find the proper words to reflect his life and his passing.

Please give us a short summary of your website, business model, etc

My website is designed to help people and I am always adding information I think will help. I sell a book of special funeral poems that i have researched to find the best ones.

What has been the most difficult part of creating and running your website?

Researching the poems a cried alot as I am still grieving myself

What has been the easist past of operating your website?

The knowlegde that I can help people in their time of need. This gave me the strength and motivation to carry one

What was your biggest mistake?

Thinking it would be easy

Who maintains your website and why?

A very dear friend as she knows all the technological side of things

Tell us how your business has benefitted from your website?

Well I dont really have a bussines as such but I feel I myself have learnt and grown from this experience.

What are your views on ecommerce and the future of the internet?

I think the internet is a magical place where any thing is possible and where fortunes can be made for any one. I plan to have other website to help people in all sorts of ways.

What are your views on Search Engines? Have they helped or hindered your website?

They are great if you know what you are doing.

pay per click didnt seem to work that well

What would you like to see change with respect to the internet?

spam drives me crazy
