This group started online and now meets on scheduled dates. It a forum or discussion group for communicating ideas and increasing effectiveness of people in the field of spa, massage, beauty, wellness industry and related fields. We provide a network for people looking for answers in the spa, massage and wellness industry and those who can be of help to them whether that be through their products, services or information.
What inspired you to launch your own website?
Way back in 2004, I was looking for an online support group or website in the Philippines or Manila in particular but could not find any. So I decided to be able to help others like myself and formed this group.
When did you launch your first website, and what was it?
It was in April 17th of 2004 and then this website have several sister meetup groups which also helps people find answers or solutions to their queries.
How did you decide on a name for your website?
Because of what we really are composed of spa, massage and wellness enthusiasts, practitioners and people behind, beside and beyond the field of spa, massage and wellness.
What makes your website different from other, similar offerings?
Its free to join and to post. We do not have banner ads. Its concentrates on promoting camaraderie rather than lining up money for ourselves. Its a small community compared with others so members are kept nurtured online and offline.
What is your eventual goal? (To sell it, keep it for income, secure a book or other mainstream media deal?)
Promote my book and be a successful online or web coach, mentor and teacher.
How does your investment of time and money balance against your success?
As long as I am happy I will keep doing it so my investment of time and money is tantamount to being successful, whether others would guage it through monetary rewards or not. As I would often say, "it's already a blessing to love what we do and it's even more a blessing to get paid for it."
If you had an unlimited development budget for development, how would you change your site?
I would build a portal and link with wordwide resources that would help people find information.
If your site got really big, really quickly, would you be able to keep up with the demand?
Proper delegation and management are the keys.
What unexpected costs and headaches have you had to deal with?
People looking after what they can get out of it rather than being a helping hand and people who would complain rather than do something worthwhile.
What has been your biggest challenge?
How to be more strict when it comes to dealing with people. I am quite a softie, you know.

How has running your website differed from your expectations?
I cannot do everything alone.
How long have you run the site already, and how long will you continue to keep it up if you don't enjoy big gains in traffic, income or popularity?
It has been running for four years now and last year and this year has been the busiest. We will continue to keep it up and improve because we know that there are people around that really needs all the help they can get.

We are here to help you grow your profession and your business by referring people to you through word of mouth and our message board . We believe that collaboration is better than competition and one way to achieve immortality is to share what you know. Ayan! so tama na yung crab mentality and sour graping. It has no place in this group. This is a place for patriots (whatever color, creed, race, nationality or gender) and those who wants to make a difference in the life of others by helping one another.
