My website was created approximately four (4) years ago to coincide with my Real Estate Listings and to create a contact base for my clients.

My website offers Featured Listings in the Western Pennsylvania area, as well as links to our School Systems, Local Business Contacts, and recommendations for Buyers and Sellers in the Real Estate Marketplace.

What has been the most difficult part of creating and running your website?

Keeping the content fresh and updated

Putting the whole thing together

What was your biggest mistake?

NOT updating as often as I should sometimes.

Who maintains your website and why?

I maintain my website......if anything's wrong....I KNOW who to blame!

I get international clients and many out-of-state inquiries.

What are your views on ecommerce and the future of the internet?

In Real Estate, the internet is the FIRST place that people start their search for a new property; and then usually call a REALTORŪ to help them pull the transaction together

Search optimatization has its place

Making SURE I use the website on ALL advertising and on ALL printed materials

My website has been active for 10 years. As an epro certified agent, it is important to offer my customers the best information available in the market today. Please give us a short summary of your website, business model, etc Real Estate information as well as schools, golf courses, current events, MLS and so much more. What has been the most difficult part of creating and running your website? My website has been easy and efficient. I am very creative not only with my ability to find and sell homes, but to market myself as well as properties. How has your website helped you in your business? It gives my customers past and present a place to go when questions are needed to be answered. Anything from the best companies to do business with to the best places to buy a home and everything in between. How much traffic is generated from your web site? I receive approximately 500 visits a day bringing customers from all over the globe. Who maintains your website and why? I maintain my website since I am in charge of my business and its plan. What are your views on ecommerce and the future of the internet? Real estate has become dependent on the internet making it possible to find and compare homes without leaving the privacy of your home or office. Mortgages, specialists as myself in the industry and a wealth of other information can be found without leaving your driveway.
