A blog that I use to relate everyday occurences, experiences and personal opinions.

What inspired you to launch your own website?

To be able to "voice" my opinion on various subjects, and to relate funny incidences in my life.

When did you launch your first website, and what was it?

About 12 yrs ago in Tulelake, Ca.. It was an affiliate website selling e-books of somesort, the company is still around, but I never marketed that site well enough.

How did you decide on a name for your website?

Took some thought, I wanted the name to be easily remembered and possibly controversial.

What makes your website different from other, similar offerings?

My opinion on matters, I would think.

What is your eventual goal? (To sell it, keep it for income, secure a book or other mainstream media deal?)

To improve my writing skills to the point that I am recognized...?

How does your investment of time and money balance against your success?

At this point, that is moot.

If you had an unlimited development budget for development, how would you change your site?

buy a domain, pay for advertising, etc.

If your site got really big, really quickly, would you be able to keep up with the demand?

Yes.

What unexpected costs and headaches have you had to deal with?

no costs as of yet, using free advertising resources such as your site, headaches, well, just getting the site into the public eye, improving page rank, figuring out how on a daily basis.

What has been your biggest challenge?

All of the above.

What method has been most successful for promoting your website?

So far, free advertising, traffic exchanges mostly along with free directories.

How has running your website differed from your expectations?

I did expect to be where I am right now, so that is fine.

How long have you run the site already, and how long will you continue to keep it up if you don't enjoy big gains in traffic, income or popularity?

One month.

How will I creat interesting posts?

Continue along the same path I have chosen. Write about everyday life, offer an opinion now and then, attempt humor when I can.
