-I will visit with you and/or your loved one to determine what their needs and preferences are. From this I can determine which facility is better suited for their needs.

-I will call the appropriate facilities and discuss their specific needs and preferences to determine if they are eligible and to inquire of their availability. I will then provide you with a list of facilities.

-I will accompany you on the tour of the facilities and guide you through what questions to ask and what to look for.

-I will provide you with a facilities inspection reports and any complaints that may have been filed agains them (if any). I'll help interpret what these reports or complaints mean. These tools will help you to identify a facilities history and make an educated decision.

-We'll discuss your financial status to best match with a facilities rates. I can also provide you with resources that may be available for you to help supplement your income, if eligible

-I will help you with the move in paperwork process, if you wish.

-I can also provide you with other resources associated with this transition, such as moving companies, senior law attorneys, doctors, support groups, VA information, etc.

What inspired you to launch your own website?

I launched my website so I could reach out to those needing assistance during the very emotional and overwhelming time of moving from home to a facility.
