What has been the most difficult part of creating and running your website?

Constant testing and updating to ensure cusotmers are finding the information they want.

What has been the easist part of operating your website?

Great web development team.

What was your biggest mistake?

Not doing enough testing before making changes.

Who maintains your website and why?

We do that internally, as we have a big enough team to handle it.

Tell us how your business has benefitted from your website?

We have a server monitoring, capacity planning and Application monitoring solution that can be downloaded as a free trial right from our site. That has made our product easy to access and test for our cusotmers.

What are your views on ecommerce and the future of the internet?

Only going to get bigger

Very important.

My website launched July 1, 2007 and I am doing this to promote my freelance writing career as a writer/photographer.

On my website you will find a variety of samples of my photographs as well as links to samples of my published writing.

What has been the most difficult part of creating and running your website?

Nothing - it's all been smooth sailing so far.

What has been the easist part of operating your website?

It has all been easy.

What was your biggest mistake?

Waiting too long to create a website.

Successful Alertnatives. They created my site I am also posted on Bizepost, their affiliate site.

What are your views on ecommerce and the future of the internet?

I believe that this trend will only get hotter and more and more people will look to the internet for all of their needs. In my case, I believe that people looking for creative services need a place to go to find them. A well-thought out website with enough information can help not only large corporations, but smaller businesses find the creative solutions they require.

What are your views on Search Engine Optimization (SEO)?

Not, sure. Sounds good, but I don't have enough info to form a good option.

Making my husband to program it and put it on-line.

It runs on its own.

Not advertising it earlier.
