I am a General Transcriptionist taking care of your transcription needs. Affordable prices by the hour or by the job. Great turnaround time.

What inspired you to launch your own website?

I feel it is important for clients to have a base at which they can contact me. I want to gain more clients.

When did you launch your first website, and what was it?

This is my first website! It is about transcription

How did you decide on a name for your website?

Incorporated my last name into it.

What makes it different from other, similar offerings?

I offer competetive pricing and great turnaround times

What is your eventual goal? (To sell it, keep it for income, secure a book or other mainstream media deal?)

To bring in income. I work from home.

How does your investment of time and money balance against your success?

It balances well.

If you had an unlimited development budget for development, how would you change your site?

I would not use a subdomain, hopefully I can change that soon.

If your site got really big, really quickly, would you be able to keep up with the demand?

Yes. I look to outsourc work I can not get to.

What unexpected costs and headaches have you had to deal with?

Not really any so far, just equipment and such.

What has been your biggest challenge?

Gaining clients to start with.

What method has been most successful for promoting your website?

I don't know as I have just started promotion for my website.

How has running your website differed from your expectations?

I thought it would be easier to get it out on the web.

How long have you run the site already, and how long will you continue to keep it up if you don't enjoy big gains in traffic, income or popularity?

probably about one month, and yes, I plan on keeping it at least until I can afford a more professional website
