When did you launch your first website, and what was it?
Don't Know I am a new Internet Marketing Manager that these guys just hired and I don't exactly know their entire internet history.
How did you decide on a name for your website?
I didn't name it.
What makes it different from other, similar offerings?
State Contract with the State of Oklahoma, the only Oklahoma company that has that distinction, also the only hp svip reseller in the state.
What is your eventual goal? (To sell it, keep it for income, secure a book or other mainstream media deal?)

How does your investment of time and money balance against your success?
Balance is toward loss.
If you had an unlimited development budget for development, how would you change your site?
I am doing that at this time....web 2.0 and micro-sites...These guys were back in the stone-age when I got there.
If your site got really big, really quickly, would you be able to keep up with the demand?
We are the largest independent dealer in the state and in business for 26 years...We have 20 techs in Oklahoma city. Nobody else comes close to that.
What unexpected costs and headaches have you had to deal with?
Time costs, I have to fight for every dollar with these guys. God I am tired of Joomla.....lol
What has been your biggest challenge?
transitioning paper based backups.....
What method has been most successful for promoting your website?
youtube, comparision shopping sites, blast emails to customers, SEO, microsites
How has running your website differed from your expectations?
tough....tough....tough.....and I have to get changes approved......arggg
How long have you run the site already, and how long will you continue to keep it up if you don't enjoy big gains in traffic, income or popularity?
4 years and will have it up for as long as we are in business.
