Please give us a short summary of your website?
FirstComm's website features webpages that describe our services. We offer Digital CCTV systems, Commercial Audio/Video, and Conference Room systems for the commercial Consumer. We also have a page dedicated to our Home Theater division.
Some other pages of interest is FirstComm's recent project page which provides in-depth case studies on some projects we have recently completed. Our website also features a blog that keeps our customers up-to-date with new products and services we offer.
What inspired you to launch your own website?
We felt a website was the best way for our organization to reach out to new and existing customers.
When did you launch your first website, and what was it?
FirstComm originally launched a site in 2004 that did not receive a great response. It was merely a single page listing of some services and contact information.
How did you decide on a name for your website?
The website name is basically our business name.
What makes your website different from other, similar offerings?
I think our recent projects page and blog set us apart from similar A/V companies of our size.
What is your eventual goal? (To sell it, keep it for income, secure a book or other mainstream media deal?)
We would like to keep the site and expand on it to help drive our sales.
How does your investment of time and money balance against your success?
You only get out what you put in.
If you had an unlimited development budget for development, how would you change your site?
If I had an unlimited budget I would invest in link building and expand my advertising budget in the area of pay-per-click

None really
What has been your biggest challenge?
Trying to come up with fresh material to keep our customers engaged.

It's a about in-line with expectations
How long have you run the site already, and how long will you continue to keep it up if you don't enjoy big gains in traffic, income or popularity?
I have run this site for 4 months with no stopping anytime soon.
