What inspired you to launch your own website?
The world wide web is a great place to advertise. Today everyone wants to know "What is your website?" It is a must for any business today, no matter what your services or product or where you are located in the world a website is a "Must Have"!

And we continue with the Chocolate Fountains Of Nigeria and are known for our beautiful, fresh fruits and treats dipped in the luscious chocolate. It's a beautiful and unexpected treat for any event. This website is featured within our www.AllInclusiveRental.com website.
How did you decide on a name for your website?
www.AllInclusiveRental.com is part of the name of our business and is short enough, but is descriptive of our business, without being too long.
What makes it different from other, similar offerings?
At All-Inclusive Rentals & Events Ltd., we have the opportunity to do what we are zealous about: planning events that are designed especially for you. The success of your event depends on the planner. You want your event to be successful, we do too. We will formulate and produce a professional, exceptional event that has been designed according to your vision. It is our goal to take what we know and make our experience work for you. What is your eventual goal? (To sell it, keep it for income, secure a book or other mainstream media deal?)
To be the premier supplier of event tents, decorations, chair covers, table linens and event planning in Nigeria.
How does your investment of time and money balance against your success?
We grow every year and I am most proud that we have wonderful return clients. I spend time every year in the USA and search for the best products to use for our events. From new holiday decorations to getting the best constructed event tents and new fabrics for chair decorations. Time is always a problem, but with a wonderful, large supportive family who works in our business everything seems to balance. We are all working for our future.
If you had an unlimited development budget for development, how would you change your site?
Pictures, pictures, pictures that is what sells our product. We have a bit of a limitation with not everyone being on dsl or cable modem in Nigeria. So it is not a limitation of funds but a limitation of technology. We limit the size of our photos and gallery – using only simple slide show software. Using Flash would be nice, or video would be dynamic but it just takes too long for people to "load and view" in Nigeria.
If your site got really big, really quickly, would you be able to keep up with the demand?
Our business is really face to face. People want to touch the fabric, see the person in charge of their event, taste the fruit to be served with the chocolate fountain, sample the gourmet drinks. We will always continue to update our gallery and add more spice to our website as technology permits in Nigeria. We may even add a catalog for selling on-line our imported table linens and chair covers for home use and I think for the next year or two that we will be able to keep up with our web site great!
What unexpected costs and headaches have you had to deal with?
The biggest headache for the website was having the gallery developed as Quick Time movies and then realizing that it would take too long to load. We then went back to the simple slide show.
What has been your biggest challenge?
Time everything takes too much time. I want to be back in Nigeria to do what I love ... designing events for our clients and helping them create the Wedding, Naming Event, Birthday Party of their dreams!
What method has been most successful for promoting your website?
All Inclusive Rentals & Events, Ltd. uses everything available. Print advertising in magazines and newspapers, brochures, mailings, google search to direct web traffic and our best advertising our clients. We get more referrals from our clients family and friends.
How has running your website differed from your expectations?
When we first started to develop this website we thought that it would be a simple 3 or 4 page website with only a listing of services, but as we looked at sites in our business decided to add many more pictures and content.
How long have you run the site already, and how long will you continue to keep it up if you don't enjoy big gains in traffic, income or popularity?
This site has been up about two years. We have just went through and re-designed this website. As long as we have our business, All Inclusive Rentals & Events, Ltd. we will have our website.
Are there any major changes for your business in the immediate future?
All Inclusive Rental & Events, Ltd. will be moving into a large warehouse and display front in January. This new space will have a show room for our table decorations and designs. We are also pleased to announce that we will be hiring more employees in the next few months.
