When did you start your website and why?
Started website in November 2006. We import amber & silver jewelry from Poland and wanted to sell it via a website.

Our website is a dynamic site built by our webmaster in India and is built to be user friendly, clear, informative and easily navigated.
What has been the most difficult part of creating and running your website?
Getting traffic to it in organic searches.
What has been the easist past of operating your website?
Writing the content and managing the building of it.
What was your biggest mistake?
Don't think we've made any real big mistakes
Who maintains your website and why?
Denny from India is our web master and we used him because his fee was very reasonable and he does a great job of it.
Tell us how your business has benefitted from your website?
Little returns as yet but coming up the search engine rankings.
What are your views on ecommerce and the future of the internet?
I think ecommerce has a fantastic future but will keep on evolving and changing.
What are your views on Search Engine Optimization (SEO)?
You've got to get it right but it's not hard to do once you understand how to SEO your site.
What method has been most successful for promoting your website?
Submitting articles.
What method has been least successful for promoting your website?
PPC with google adwords. Too much competition and small demand.
