When did you start your website and why?

We started our website in late 2003. Currently, we are asking our customers, partners, and prospects for their feedback regarding Axonom's web page. I am inspired to create an informational resource relevant for our customers, partners, and prospects.

Please give us a short summary of your website, business model, etc

Axonom's main product is their Powertak program. Powertrak provides enterprise-level Customer Relationship Management and Partner Relationship Management (PRM) solutions for companies that manufacture and distribute through multiple distribution channels. Powertrak’s modules include advanced marketing, customer and partner portals, call center, product configuration, certification tracking and technical case management. All Powertrak modules are integrated with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and can be optionally extended with Microsoft SharePoint for global partner and customer interaction.

What has been the most difficult part of creating and running your website?

The area where I am having difficulty is writing for three target audiences.

What has been the easist part of operating your website?

The easiest part has been the help of my co-workers.

What are your views on Search Engine Optimization (SEO)?

SEO is too far over my head. Everytime I create or modify a webpage, I get nervous, I am not doing enough to increase my SEO.

What are your views on Search Engines? Have they helped or hindered your website?

Google is our primary search engine. We have focused on becoming the leader in our SEO categories.

What method has been most successful for promoting your website?

We promote our webpage through Capterra website and other listing sites.

What method has been least successful for promoting your website?

Word of Mouth!
