What inspired you to launch your own website?

To broaden our client base and accept clients/work from around the country.

4 years ago - it was for our Process Serving Company.

How did you decide on a name for your website?

It descibes the services we offer.

What makes it different from other, similar offerings?

Its simple and to the point.

What is your eventual goal? (To sell it, keep it for income, secure a book or other mainstream media deal?)

To build our company into MICHIGANS best Process Serving and Court support services company.

How does your investment of time and money balance against your success?

Its paid off well.

If you had an unlimited development budget for development, how would you change your site?

We would re-design our website to further enhance our online advertising.

If your site got really big, really quickly, would you be able to keep up with the demand?

Yes, we would hire more website professionals to keep up with the demand.

Mainting a first page listing in the search engines.

Proper Keywords/Metatags.

How has running your website differed from your expectations?

It hasn't differed from what we expected it would be.

How long have you run the site already, and how long will you continue to keep it up if you don't enjoy big gains in traffic, income or popularity?

About 4 yrs, and we will continue to keep it up for as long as we're in business.
