In January of 2007 to promote our excelent cleaning service.

We are a professional house cleaning service. We send out trained maids in three member teams to clean residences around Baltimore. Our goal is to be the best most detailed house cleaners in the industry.

What has been the most difficult part of creating and running your website?

Trying to generate traffic to our web page.

What has been the easist part of operating your website?

Getting vistors intrested in using our service.

What was your biggest mistake?

No starting a web page sooner.

Who maintains your website and why?

I do, as one of the owners of the company I feel it is my responsibility to make sure we are communicating properly with our potential customers.

Tell us how your business has benefitted from your website?

The webpage gives our company a presence on the web.

What are your views on ecommerce and the future of the internet?

I believe it is growing as each generation is becoming more and more familiar with computer technology.

What are your views on Search Engine Optimization (SEO)?

We have not done a whole lot as far as SEO. I feel it most appropriate to create a site for our current and potential customers to learn more about us and be able to communicate with us than designing a site for search engines.

They have help our business.

What method has been most successful for promoting your website?

Pay per click on the major search engines.

What method has been least successful for promoting your website?

Internet yellow pages.

What would you like to see change with respect to the internet?

I would like to see internet yellow pages become more user freindly.
