Hello Mario,

To delete or edit your website submission is very simple. You must sign in at http://members.classifieds1000.com using the email address and password you entered when you first registered your site with us. Here you can edit the categories and descriptions you originally choose to accompany your website advert in our directory. You CANNOT edit the url as that is the foundation of your website submission.

At this same link you can choose to delete your website completely from our directory but PLEASE NOTE that if you choose to delete your website you CANNOT resubmit the same website (url address) ever again. This is because we must personally read, review, categorize, organize and list each of the hundreds of websites that are submitted to us every day.  As this service is provided to you completely free of charge I'm afraid we simply cannot afford to review the same page twice.

Therefore, if you intend to keep using the same url address for your webpage simply sign in to your account and update the categories, descriptions or location as you so wish. If your website is no longer valid you may delete your entry and submit a COMPLETELY NEW website with a different url address.

We are totally unable to send a message to the Canberra resident Mr. Da Silva in whose Portuguese villa for rent we are interested. I have registered with the website, and wrote a note to the owner using the 'contact the owner' feature. However, when I click 'send', nothing happens. There is no change in the web page, and no indication that the message has gone. This makes the site useless to me. Is this a problem you can resolve?

I need to change the contact information and phone numbers on our listing. Also passwords, etc. Who makes these changes? The person who was previously doing this directory maintenace is no longer with this office and she left no information for us to use in making such changes, etc. Please respond. Thanks.
