feisuChan is a manga, anime and cosplay imageboard and forum.
What inspired you to launch your own website?
i always wanted to have my own website, but i can't afford to pay for web server and web domain. so i looked for other alternative which is using free blog and forum services.
When did you launch your first website, and what was it?
i think i launched my first web site in 1999, which is now defunct. i hosted my site at brinkster and registered a dot.tk sub-domain.
How did you decide on a name for your website?
naming a web site is a difficult process. i came up with stupid names like kewlskank etc. kewlskank was my first screen name which i used for my web site.
What makes your website different from other, similar offerings?
my web site offer guest blogging and podcasting. members and guest can post article on my blog which can link back to their web site.
What is your eventual goal? (To sell it, keep it for income, secure a book or other mainstream media deal?)
my goal is to start a community which share similar interest. everyone can discover new things from this network.
If you had an unlimited development budget for development, how would you change your site?
i will definitely upgrade my site to support all my user needs. feedback and suggestions are really important.
If your site got really big, really quickly, would you be able to keep up with the demand?
yes, me and my fellow mods will definitely able to handle our site.
What unexpected costs and headaches have you had to deal with?
site promotions are a big headache for me. i need to promote my site to site directories and forums. very tiring but the result is always overwhelming.

How long have you run the site already, and how long will you continue to keep it up if you don't enjoy big gains in traffic, income or popularity?
i have been online since 1999 and since then i had run so many web sites. i will run my web site as long as i could. it's not just a hobby but it's my life.
