What inspired you to launch your own website?
Built up from blog sites to more involved work such as this...enjoy the challenge
When did you launch your first website, and what was it?
2006 a blog site called inishindie. I write for a local paper and the writings are put on the blog
How did you decide on a name for your website?
It's short for Inishowen Independent, the name of the paper I write for.
What makes your website different from other, similar offerings?
We offer free postage throughout the world
What is your eventual goal? (To sell it, keep it for income, secure a book or other mainstream media deal?)
Increase sale and be a serious player in the flag sale world
How does your investment of time and money balance against your success?
a bit one sided at the moment... more cost
If you had an unlimited development budget for development, how would you change your site?
I am enjoying building the site slowly... I would probably go for a more professional look
If your site got really big, really quickly, would you be able to keep up with the demand?
yes, we have been in business since 1874 so are used to the market...
What unexpected costs and headaches have you had to deal with?
adverising... google eats it up

How has running your website differed from your expectations?
Not rerally... I was expecting it to be an ongoing thing
How long have you run the site already, and how long will you continue to keep it up if you don't enjoy big gains in traffic, income or popularity?
only for about three weeks... I'll keep it up for as long as it is growing
Will you set on more staff?
hopefully to do all of the admin work and deliveries...
