Fast and quality US citizenship and immigration services from a US immigration lawyer.
What inspired you to launch your own website?
We wanted people to be able to use a quality US immigration help from any part of this planet. In many places, these is still no access to US citizenship and immigration services. This should not stop people from using the services of our company, which is truly global in nature.
When did you become involved with the site?
I have not been involved with www.onlineinternationalservice.com untill recently. Previously, I and the rest of my team used national newspapers to advertise our legal service.
How did you decide on a name for your website?
The name of this site is the name of our company. Our main ambition is to reach as many people as possible who need US immigration service.
My own personal goal is to provide a quality and fast US citizenship and immigration services to people who live in the United States of America as well as abroad.
What makes it different from other, similar offerings?
There are a few companies that also provide US immigration service online. However, we are different in a sense from all of them because we offer our clients extra security. We all agreed to be bound by all regulations of our credit card processing company. This assures that our client will get the best possible service ever. We also do refund legal fees to our clients if we have trouble filing forms on behalf of our companies. As we have heard from some clients, there are quite a few legal providers (not necessarily online) who seem to forget that their clients exist once they collect legal fees. Also, we provide more options of communicating with us. Now, the clients have options of having consutations with us. They can do so by phone, in person, chat, or e-mail. We do not think they are any legal providers out there who offer as many options as we do.
What is your eventual goal? (To sell it, keep it for income, secure a book or other mainstream media deal?)
To be able to reach and to help a global audience with US immigration needs.
How does your investment of time and money balance against your success?
Yes, there is time and money that is needed to achieve success. All money and time, which has been invested, is worthwhile because our visitors can receive so much useful information on our site whether they decide to use our services or not.
If you had an unlimited development budget for development, how would you change your site?
I personally would not have changed anything. I know my other members might want to change something. Our site is easy to read. it is easy to use. Also, it is clear.
If your site got really big, really quickly, would you be able to keep up with the demand?
We will be glad to have a big demand. Certainly, we will try to do our best.
What unexpected costs and headaches have you had to deal with?
We all can relate to it. Internet businesses are much like any other businesses. Everybody can open up their businesses. However, not many people actually know what to do once their businesses are opened.
What has been your biggest challenge?
The biggest challenge has always been to deliver the best possible US immigration service to our clients. Some of them have been disappointed with legal service that has been provided to them by other legal professionals. We strive for excellence every day!
What method has been most successful for promoting your website?
We recommend our clients who come to see us personally to visit our site and to ask their friends and family to do the same. After that time, it is up to them to use our services online. Most clients, however, still prefer of seeing their lawyers and doing business rather than just doing business online. I am sure it will change soon as the popularity of internet will spread to more places.
How has running your website differed from your expectations?
We were hoping, of course, to reach as many visitors as possible in a little time. It takes time, patience, and fiancial resources to accomplish this goal.
How long have you run the site already, and how long will you continue to keep it up if you don't enjoy big gains in traffic, income or popularity?
I believe we have been online a few years already. The site will definitely be popular because it offers more to clients than all other legal service sites do.
