www.jameda.de is a new website on which you can find doctors, counsellors and alternative therapists throughout Germany. 172,699 doctors are currently listed. The aim of this independent site is to create a community, in which people can not only find a doctor or therapist near them, but can also add patient reviews about doctors they have visited, which are then available to other users.
What inspired you to launch your own website?
Not being able to quickly find a list of doctors on the internet in my area

almost three years ago. My internet consulting site.
How did you decide on a name for your website?
We wanted a positive name (ja) which included a hint towards health (med)and feminin (a)
What makes it different from other, similar offerings?
With just one click you get the desired results, very userfriendly and well arranged, you can search for doctors, counsellors and alternative therapists, doctors can have their own website on jameda, we also provide a plattform for doctors who can blog hints and advices for health-conscious people

to keep all addresses up-to-date
