What inspired you to launch your own website?
Stay at home mom trying to provide a service which other new parents would enjoy.

The name says exactly what we do.
What makes your website different from other, similar offerings?
Very personalized gift with excellent customer service. Great response time in getting the products delivered to the gift recipient.
What is your eventual goal? (To sell it, keep it for income, secure a book or other mainstream media deal?)
To provide additional income to help build the business.
How does your investment of time and money balance against your success?
There was a small investment in creating the design, building the yard signs, but the largest investment was in time to develop the website, brochures, and market the business. We're growing slowly, but business is continuing to grow.
If you had an unlimited development budget for development, how would you change your site?
Greater investment in professional website design and search engine optimization.
If your site got really big, really quickly, would you be able to keep up with the demand?
Hire more people and delivery drivers.
What unexpected costs and headaches have you had to deal with?
High costs of fuel in delivery as well as the time it takes to deliver the products.
What has been your biggest challenge?
Getting out there and marketing the business.

Creating links to other sites and promoting the website through blogs.

The website has been in place for about 2 years and will continue as long as the business is profitable.
