Unlike the majority of equipment leasing company sites, crestcapital.com offers instant monthly payment quotes, descriptions of both common and uncommon equipment finance structures, as well as an online application that doesn't require submission of tax returns or financial statements.

What unexpected costs and headaches have you had to deal with?

The site has generated more instant quotes and online applications each day than we originally expected. The quotes are 100% automated, but part of the application process must be done by one of credit managers. The overhead to process some of the online applications that eventually do not close is expensive, but overall the transactions that do close more than make-up for the unexpected cost.

What’s the next addition or upgrade planned for the site?

We partner with equipment manufacturers and dealers to provide equipment leasing and financing to their customer base. A secure log-in for our equipment dealer partners to a view a dashboard of their pending transactions is being currently being tested with a few partners and will be launched on a wide scale later this year.
