What inspired you to launch your own website?
Hugh Helmly Construction, Inc. was founded by General Contractor Hugh A. Helmly III in 1999 to provide superior quality residential construction to the Atlanta, Georgia area. Hugh introduced steel frame construction to Atlanta's residential construction industry. This new option allowed for greater flexibility and endless possibilities in home design. The 'Hugh Helmly' name is associated with some of the finest properties in Atlanta's elite areas. Bringing the strength and wind resistance of steel south, the company has since grown to become one of the leading high end residential construction companies in South Florida, building and restoring homes for some of the most discerning owners, architects and designers. A commercial construction division was established in 2004 to address South Florida’s growing need for superior commercial builders. Sweeping the state with its innovative construction solutions and ability to provide a quality product at industry leading prices, Hugh Helmly Construction, Inc. was welcomed by the owners and architects distraught with the lack of skill and overpricing in Florida's commercial construction industry. Hugh Helmly Construction, Inc. has grown to become one of the industry leading residential and commercial contractors in the state of Florida. Since it's birth in 1999, Hugh Helmly Construction, Inc. has gained the experience and breadth of skills necessary to become a leader in the commercial and residential construction industry, while maintaining a strong civic-minded culture within its walls. The "Helmly Team" consistently strives to uphold its daily commitment to it's customers and employees, which includes maintaining a safe, honest, and efficient place of business.
How did you decide on a name for your website?
The 'Hugh Helmly' name is associated with some of the finest properties in Atlanta's elite areas. It's my business name and it is my name. I stand behind everything we do. It is my reputation on the line. It's my life.

I put all my efforts in satisfying the customer. They are the reason I am in business. I am passionate about building peoples dreams.
If you had an unlimited development budget for development, how would you change your site?
I do everything the best the first time. I put 150% effort in everything. I would change nothing.
If your site got really big, really quickly, would you be able to keep up with the demand?
Yes - My team is dedicated and support our rapid growth.
What unexpected costs and headaches have you had to deal with?
Nothing. I give it my all each and every time and elevates all my headaches. Do it right the first time and you'll sleep every night.
What has been your biggest challenge?
I am a perfectionist. It is some times a challenge.
What method has been most successful for promoting your website?
Referrals - I work soley off of referrals. My business is about friendship. If you are not happy, I'll make it so you are.

How long have you run the site already, and how long will you continue to keep it up if you don't enjoy big gains in traffic, income or popularity?
Over a year - I am in the process of building another - Hugh Helmly Construction - Custom Home Builder.
Who do you want to Thank for all your success?
My team. My staff is part of the 'Helmly Team' and we are a family. Without this family structure would could not complete 300 projects per year. I thank them everyday for being on the team.
