Name of your website?Powered Marketing
Your name?
Chris Horn
Your Location (city, etc)
Orlando, Florida, 32801
Please give us a short summary of your website?
Our site describes the most turn-key call center solution available on the global market to date.
What inspired you to launch your own website?
We have spent decades in and around call centers, telemarketing rooms, outsourcing etc., and are tired of costly, complex, and non-flexible solutions from the equipment to the phone companies themselves.
When did you launch your first website, and what was it?
June 2007
How did you decide on a name for your website?
An all emcompassing solution would be powerful, therefore we decided on Powered Marketing
What makes it different from other, similar offerings?
Everything. This is the first of it's kind in global call center history. The engineers are from N.A.S.A. who programmed the communications for the Mars lunar vehicles, built the bank by phone system for Bank of America, Southwest airlines 500 seat call centers, as well as top secret code for the US Military, Navy. Everything is in one application including the phone service, provided by Powered Telecom.
What is your eventual goal? (To sell it, keep it for income, secure a book or other mainstream media deal?)
To provide the greatest solution in the world.
How does your investment of time and money balance against your success?
Our customers are flooding our doors. Everyone who looks at it wants it. Our success is so great in pre-launch, the level is yet to be determined.
If you had an unlimited development budget for development, how would you change your site?
no changes needed.
If your site got really big, really quickly, would you be able to keep up with the demand?
Most Definetely.
What unexpected costs and headaches have you had to deal with?
The only trick, and I wouldn't even say headache, was to find the last key programming engineer who could make certain kinds of computer platforms, talk to each other like they do, for the first time ever, anywhere.
What has been your biggest challenge?
Biggest challenge has been to keep people satisfied during pre-launch. As soon as they understand what we have accomplished, they want it like yesterday.
What method has been most successful for promoting your website?
Contacting call centers.
How has running your website differed from your expectations?
Alot more success than we ever imagined.
How long have you run the site already, and how long will you continue to keep it up if you don't enjoy big gains in traffic, income or popularity?
6 months, and will keep it growing for generations.
What has the hardest and only objection been?
This is too good to be true. That's impossible.
What is your website address?
