Please give us a short summary of your website?
Founded in Egypt 2002, under the name of Trusted Technology Solutions (Trustech) to meet the ever-increasing demand for up-to-date hardware, accessories and software technology beside a big and different range of services such as providing video conference public room(s) both in Egypt and worldwide, along with event coordination and event management, focusing on helping our customers in their time management and cost reduction. From the start, we were insisted to establish full world-class alliances within the Information Technology market and top notch video conferencing service providers and public networks.
What inspired you to launch your own website?
Actually the idea started as we noticed the grow of the internet users and how they relay on the internet to search their requirements.
When did you launch your first website, and what was it?
It was on 2002, and was a very basic website for the company.
How did you decide on a name for your website?
Actually, the name is the name of the company so there was not much to do about the website name.
What makes it different from other, similar offerings?
The field of videoconferencing is vast and we chose to focus on the rental services offerings. We also have a studio for rental used for business meetings and interviews conducted between business men in Egypt and their partners worldwide.
What is your eventual goal? (To sell it, keep it for income, secure a book or other mainstream media deal?)
Actually we are aiming at becoming the number one company for video conferecning in Egypt.
How does your investment of time and money balance against your success?
Our business is going fine, thank GOD, but we are always looking forward to expand.
If you had an unlimited development budget for development, how would you change your site?
I would create my own nationwide network of videoconferencing public rooms.
If your site got really big, really quickly, would you be able to keep up with the demand?
I think we can.
What unexpected costs and headaches have you had to deal with?
So far, none.
What has been your biggest challenge?
Time, and marketing, they were and they still are.
What method has been most successful for promoting your website?
Partnering with worldwide networks.

So far, none.
How long have you run the site already, and how long will you continue to keep it up if you don't enjoy big gains in traffic, income or popularity?
