When did you start your website and why?
I started my website because I love Cyprus and I want to promote tourism and real estate investment there.
Please give us a short summary of your website, business model, etc
The website has some information about Cyprus. It has a section about Greek music and bouzouki. I have been playing bouzouki for 23 years so my biography is on the site with a video clip. I will continue to add information, including testimonials of people who have bought property and moved to Cyprus.
What has been the most difficult part of creating and running your website?
Having to learn almost everything alone.
What has been the easist part of operating your website?
I am building everything in MS Publisher which is a program I have been working with for the last ten years, so this has been pretty easy; however, i have already started learning HTML because I believe it is necessary for web-work.
What was your biggest mistake?
I can't really think of anything
Who maintains your website and why?
I maintain my website myself because this way I have control over content and design.
Tell us how your business has benefitted from your website?
The website is pretty new and so is the business. I feel confident to refer people to my site and this is good for business.
What are your views on ecommerce and the future of the internet?
The internet is the future of information and communications in every shape or form: advertising, education, marketing, telecommunications, entertainment etc. etc.

There's a lot to learn, but the learning needs to be done: it's one way of distinguishing yourself.

I am just starting to optimize.
