When did you start your website and why?

I started it about a month ago to display some of my murals and Trompe l'Oeil artwork done in area businesses and homes

Please give us a short summary of your website, business model, etc

Basically, it is a compilation of 4 slide shows of my artwork.

What has been the most difficult part of creating and running your website?

It really wasn't difficult at all, but if anything it was picking out the best photos to put into the slide shows. Very time consuming.

What has been the easist past of operating your website?

Everything was relatively easy.

What was your biggest mistake?

Not getting a website sooner.

Who maintains your website and why?

I do, because I know what my objectives are and how I want them achieved. And I care about that more than anyone else can.

Tell us how your business has benefitted from your website?

Now people can go to the website to see the photos and can share the link with others they know. I can refer new inquirees to it so they can see if my artwork meets their needs, strikes a positive response, peaks their interest or inspires them

What are your views on ecommerce and the future of the internet?

I actually prefer ecommerce as I can find what I am looking for in a relatively short time. It saves me time, gasoline and stress

What are your views on Search Engine Optimization (SEO)?

I don't know enough about the finer points to comment

What are your views on Search Engines? Have they helped or hindered your website?

So far, I don't believe I am listed in a prominent place. I would like to know more about priority listing

What method has been most successful for promoting your website?

Since my website is still in its infancy, I would say word of mouth

What method has been least successful for promoting your website?

At this point search engines.

What would you like to see change with respect to the internet?

Make it more streamlined and easier to get up and running, get priority listing, get advertised
