CHINAWFOE.COM, affiliated with one of China’s largest and most successful private law firms, focuses its practice in the establishment of Representative Offices (RO’s) and Wholly Foreign Owned Enterprises (WFOE’s) in China.

What inspired you to launch your own website?

Our principals are foreign attorneys who are currently practicing in China. We feel that many native English speakers wanting to get advice regarding incorporation, they are either charged very high fees from large foreign firms or stuck with dealing with local 'agents' who merely fills out forms and may not be able to accommodate their specific needs. We felt we can offer a service that both incorporates our China experience with our high regard for client care, while being cost efficient
