ChinaExpat.Info will provide useful information to foreigners living in China, such as information about working, living, teaching, travelling, studying and doing business.
ChinaExpat.Info will provide a portal for every major city in China on which local news, events, weather and other local important information is accessible. Our site also provides real estate listings, job listings (already over 16,000 jobs listed!), personals (huge community with over 1 million members!) and a forum. You can access the local portals by using the top menu. Enjoy!

What inspired you to launch your own website?
Currently there is are numerous websites for expats living in China; the quality is often poor. ChinaExpat.info aims to provide all useful information, up-to-date, in an accessible way.
When did you launch your first website, and what was it?
2004, it was a travel related website for my personal travels and photos.
How did you decide on a name for your website?
I tried to come up with a very useful name that includes the 3 most important keywords to describe the site.
What makes it different from other, similar offerings?
Quality and accessibility of information.
What is your eventual goal? (To sell it, keep it for income, secure a book or other mainstream media deal?)
Keep it for advertisement income, and fun.
How does your investment of time and money balance against your success?

Hire more content writers.
If your site got really big, really quickly, would you be able to keep up with the demand?
Yes, I would scale the quality and quantity of information according to growth.

Nothing so far.
